Police often complain when the general public say they should have dash cams and body cams. The complaint often amounts to “they don’t tell the whole story” or “they can be misconstrued” but in reality, they often do a great job of settling stories like this one. Had the dash cam not been on in this one, the story would stand alone and it would be one word versus another. Instead, Bill Clark is exposed, clearly, as a liar.
Police and police unions should embrace cameras. For their own protection, if for no other reason.
